What Causes Navien E010?

The most common Navien error in Los Angeles. The unit detects abnormal exhaust pressure, meaning combustion gases cannot flow freely. In LA this is almost always a bird nest or debris in the exterior vent termination.

How to Fix Navien E010

Go outside and check the vent cap on the exterior wall. Remove any bird nests, leaves, or debris. Reset by holding the power button. If the error returns, the blockage may be inside the vent run — call us.
