The unit attempted to ignite but failed. Gas supply valve may be closed, gas pressure may be insufficient, or the igniter/ignition electrode is faulty.

How to Fix Navien E001

Check that the gas supply valve is fully open. Check that other gas appliances in the home work. If yes, call us — the igniter or gas valve likely needs replacement.
